Can FlowShare document SAP processes for training?

Where are training guides stored?

Locally by default, shared only when you choose. Teams that want a central training library publish to the FlowShare Portal, our internal knowledge base software, where guides are searchable and access is controlled by role, but that is an option rather than a requirement.

Who owns the training documentation created with FlowShare?

You do. All guides and exported documents belong to your organisation, in standard Word, PDF and PowerPoint formats that stay readable whether or not you keep the licence. Training material you cannot take with you is not really yours.

Where is FlowShare data hosted?

Capture is local, because FlowShare is on-premise documentation software, so training content only exists on your machines unless you publish it. Where you do use the Portal, the backend, database and storage are hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, and AI features run on Azure OpenAI within the EU.

What happens after the free trial ends?

Nothing automatic. No payment details are taken upfront, so there is no charge and no cancellation step. You decide whether to continue on a paid plan once you have seen how much training material the trial produced.
