2. Does FlowShare make any changes to the system?
No. FlowShare does not make any changes to your system and can be completely uninstalled. If you do not want to use the msi installer, we can also deliver FlowShare as a zip archive on request (email@example.com).

Qt is an established and widely used library. Prominent German examples based on Qt are the software ELSTER of the the German tax authorities or the Duden Library.
4. Data protection – all data remains with you!
FlowShare does not send user data to third parties. Unlike cloud services, all data remains on the user’s system. A FlowShare project is stored in a file with the ending .flow. A flow file can be inspected using a Zip program. It contains one XML file and usually several image files.
5. External communication for activation.
Our license mechanism communicates to the external at the moment of activation/deactivation. In addition, every 30 days to check the validity of the license key. We use an established provider for this (https://wyday.com/).
6. Communication with our server for optional, automatic updates.
We deliver automatic software updates at irregular intervals (on average twice per quarter). A short query as to whether an update is available is made at the start of FlowShare. If an update is available, the changes are listed. Whether an update (on average 150 KB in size) is actually downloaded and installed is up to you as the user. You can also decide to reject the update.
7. Third-party software
FlowShare comes with established open source libraries for creating and converting data formats (PDF, XML):
