All information about the FlowShare Plans at a glance

FlowShare Express or Professional Annual Subscription

Unless otherwise agreed, the subscription begins upon receipt of the invoice amount by miraminds (the company behind the brand FlowShare). After receipt of the payment, you will receive a licence key to activate your FlowShare plan via email.

This marks the beginning of the subscription period, which is concluded for a fixed contract period of one year. If the subscription is not cancelled at the latest 30 days before the end of the one-year period, it is automatically extended by a further year. It is not possible to cancel a subscription retroactively. This does not affect termination of the subscription contract without notice for good cause. A cancellation can be made informally via e-mail to support@getflowshare.com. You can view our complete terms and conditions online as well as during the installation of FlowShare.

FlowShare Express or Professional Monthly Subscription

Unless otherwise agreed, the subscription begins upon receipt of the invoice amount by miraminds (the company behind the brand FlowShare). After receipt of the payment, you will receive a licence key to activate your FlowShare plan via email.

This marks the start of the subscription period, which is fixed for a contract period of 30 days. If the subscription is not cancelled at the latest 7 days before the end of the monthly period, it is automatically extended by another month. It is not possible to cancel a subscription retroactively. This does not affect termination of the subscription contract without notice for good cause. A cancellation can be made informally via e-mail to support@getflowshare.com. You can view our complete terms and conditions online as well as during the installation of FlowShare.

Maintenance

FlowShare is continuously being developed further. A new version is released on average once a quarter. This includes bug fixes, incremental improvements, as well as new and enhanced features based on the wishes and feedback from our customers. You can rely on us to fix bugs as soon as possible.

They always have priority during development. At the same time we are already working on new smart functions. As far as wishes are concerned, we are very open to incorporating suggestions into product development. You are more than welcome to contribute your ideas for FlowShare here.

However, we cannot guarantee that a particular wish will be implemented with certainty.
