Choose from ready-made professional avatars or create a custom one to narrate your guide in any language.
FlowShare handles the structure. Synthesia handles the video. You just click export.
Your finished video is ready to download, share, or embed, wherever your audience is.
No editing. No production effort. Just faster content creation.
Video works for onboarding, announcements and overview, where people watch once. A written guide works better for a task someone performs while following along, because it can be paused and searched. Both come from the same recording, and FlowShare also connects to HeyGen tutorial video generation, so the real question is which one your audience opens.
Connect your Synthesia account once, then export a captured guide to Synthesia. The steps and screenshots of your process documentation become the script and visuals, and the video is generated with an AI presenter and voiceover. No screen recording or narration is needed.
Go to Export → Integrations → Synthesia, enter your API key, then click Test and Save.
From your Synthesia account settings. Copy the key into FlowShare once and the connection persists. You need an active Synthesia plan for a key to exist.
Export the guide to Synthesia, choose an avatar and language, and the video is generated automatically from your step text. Nothing is scripted by hand and no recording session is involved.
Yes. Once generated you edit it in Synthesia, adjusting avatar, language and presentation style. Because narration comes from the step text, producing the same process in several languages does not mean recording anything again.
Yes. Update the FlowShare guide and re-export to generate a new version. Treating the captured process as the master copy is what keeps video maintainable, since re-recording narrated video for every interface change is not realistic.
Yes. Depending on your Synthesia plan, a generated video can include up to 25 or 50 steps. Longer processes need splitting into several videos, which usually suits the viewer better anyway.
Capture runs locally, as on-premise documentation software, and the connection is authenticated with your own Synthesia account. Only the guide you choose to send is transferred, at the moment you export it.
A FlowShare paid plan and an active Synthesia subscription with an API key. The integration connects the two products but does not include Synthesia, which is worth factoring into cost before planning a video library.
