How do I export FlowShare guides to Confluence?

Simply connect your Confluence account once in FlowShare and export your guide directly as a Confluence page. Full setup guide

Go to Export → Integrations → Confluence, enter your Confluence domain, email, and API token, then click Test and Save.

Log into your Atlassian account → Manage account → Security → Create API token. Copy the token and paste it into FlowShare.

After setup, select Confluence during export, choose the target space, and FlowShare will create the page instantly.

Yes. Re-export your guide and the existing page will be overwritten with the updated version.

Yes. FlowShare runs locally during capture, and authentication is handled via your Confluence credentials and API token.

No. All processes are captured locally. Only the exported content is sent to Confluence Cloud.
