Distribute training across departments and onboard new staff faster.
No manual work. No duplicated effort. Just structured learning materials.
Use the direct integration when Avendoo is your LMS, because content lands ready to assign. Use the SCORM or xAPI export when you need the same material in another platform as well, or want a package that is not tied to one system.
Connect your Avendoo account once and export the guide straight into your LMS, choosing the target category. The captured steps arrive as training content, ready to use as employee training manuals, without being rebuilt in an authoring tool.
Go to Export, then Direct Integrations, then Avendoo, enter your domain, username and password, and click Test and Save. The linked setup guide covers it step by step.
Your Avendoo domain and login credentials, entered once. There is no separate connector to install and no involvement needed from the Avendoo vendor to enable the connection.
Export the guide, select the target category, and the content becomes available in Avendoo for assignment like any other learning object in your catalogue.
Yes. Re-exporting the guide updates the content in Avendoo, so a changed system screen does not leave outdated training material assigned to new starters.
Capture runs locally and the connection authenticates against your own Avendoo instance with your credentials. Content transfers only when you export it.
No. Processes are captured and stored locally, because FlowShare is on-premise documentation software, and only the guides you deliberately publish are sent to Avendoo. Anything you do not export stays on your machine.
