Built for Windows. Works where your process

actually runs.

FlowShare is an on-premise documentation tool for Windows that captures desktop and browser workflows locally, without sending data to the cloud.

Works offline. Runs on your machine. Built for real enterprise environments.

Trusted by teams that run their operations on clear, consistent documentation.

Most tools stop at the browser.

Your work doesn’t.

Sounds familiar?

Browser tools can’t capture desktop applications

Sensitive data gets uploaded to the cloud

SAP, or legacy systems aren’t supported properly

With FlowShare

Built as a native Windows application from day one

Captures desktop + browser workflows seamlessly

Runs locally, no forced cloud dependency

Highlight Features

Capture everything on Windows. Automatically.

Start recording, do your task, stop.

FlowShare captures every click across your Windows environment, reads the buttons and fields you interact with, and writes step descriptions for you.

No manual screenshots. No copy-pasting into Word.

FlowShare’s native tracking engine runs locally and understands what you clicked, not just where. That means accurate descriptions, automatic arrows, and full coverage across desktop and browser apps.

Your data stays on your machine. Share it your way.

Everything FlowShare captures stays on your local hard drive. No cloud uploads in the background. No screenshots sent to external servers.

When you’re ready to share, you choose how:

  • Export locally
  • Publish to the FlowShare Portal
  • Push directly to tools like Confluence or SharePoint

You decide what leaves your machine, and where it goes.

One source, 10+ export formats.

PDF, Word, PowerPoint, HTML, SCORM.

Publish to Confluence, SharePoint, WordPress, or Guru. Export as an Interactive Demo your team can click through step by step. Or turn your flow into an AI-narrated video with HeyGen or Synthesia.

Capture once. Share everywhere your team already works.

Built for Enterprise Teams:

Simple, Local, and Secure.

FlowShare is built for organizations that care about speed, consistency, and data protection. Install it locally, connect it to any software, and ship documentation your teams actually use.
